Shipping

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

All parcels are sent via Australia Post. The estimated delivery time for express shipping is 1-3 business days in most areas, and 5-7 business days for standard shipping.  Once the package left our warehouse we have very little control of it. Please note the delivery time listed above are only estimations. Poly-rized is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods.

 We aim to ship all orders on the same day if it is placed before 3:00PM AEST (Sydney time) on a business day, and on the next business day otherwise please email us if you require your item to be sent immediately and we will do our best. Shipping days do not include public holidays.

Note that there may be a delay during high-volume or sale periods.

Poly-rized is not responsible for any missing, damaged, or stolen parcels once the order is shipped. Please ensure that the correct shipping information is provided upon check out as Poly-rized cannot provide reimbursements for packages not received due to incorrect shipping information.

Postage and shipping cost are not refundable.

 

Australian Orders – Australia Post

The estimated delivery time for express shipping is 1-3 business days in most areas, and 5-7 business days for standard shipping.

All standard shipping in Australia is $9.95, express is $15 (aus) via Australia Posts.

USA, Samoa, Tonga, Fiji, Cook Islands – Australia Post

7-25 business day delivery

As we are a small business we only provide standard shipping through Australia Post. International orders have a flat rate of $22 for New Zealand and $25 for the rest of the Polynesian islands.

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. You can use this information to track your order via the Australia Post with their websites found below:

Please note: All parcels are given Authority to leave, if you would prefer to sign for your parcel please reach out via email poly-rized.info@gmail.com.

 

International Customers

All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are NOT included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Poly-rized is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order and do not offer refunds for these costs. If you refuse to pay customs fees and parcel is returned to us the customs fee will be deducted from your Store Credit. If you have any questions or concerns regarding import taxes and customs duties, please contact your local customs office or our Customer Care team prior to placing your order.

NOTE: Sometimes parcels can take longer than expected to arrive for international orders, depending on your postal service and customs clearance times. We are not responsible for this and customers need to be aware that we will not refund orders that take longer than expected.
