RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind, we’ll accept a return of any full priced or most sale items for a store credit, subject to the following conditions:

- Any items 50% off the RRP or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. However faulty items can be returned once we have been emailed.

- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your parcel. This is extended to 30 days for International customers. We suggest that all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the timeframe.

- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with their tags attached, void of any make up or odours / scents.

No restock fees.

Please allow 2-5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Poly-rized.

Please allow 5-7 business days for a refund to be processed during holiday periods.

You will be notified via the email address that the order was placed with once the transaction has been processed.

Refunds will be issued to the credit card, PayPal or AfterPay account that the payment had originally come from.

***Please note if there may be an issue with your original payment type, you must notify our customer care team prior to making your return at poly-rized.info@gmail.com in order to organise alternative refund arrangements. Any issues that may arise with refunds to the original account due to Poly-rized not being notified are completely out of our control and Poly-rized will not be held accountable.

A Returns Sheet is included with your order that contains instructions on how to receive a refund for your item. You can also

Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.

 

***We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as Poly-rized cannot issue a refund on items that are not received. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you are returning your items from the countries outside Australia, we recommend using a tracked shipping parcel as we will not be responsible for any losses during transit.

EXCHANGES

Due to our products frequently selling out, we cannot process an exchange for you. If you require a replacement colour or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All Final Sale Items and Sample items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless the item received is faulty or your order was fulfilled incorrectly.

RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR A FAULTY ITEM?

If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at poly-rized.info@gmail.com and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.

EXTRA INFO

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Poly-rized. Polly-rized will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where Poly-rized may have made an error.

***CHRISTMAS PERIOD RETURNS - Full priced items purchased from mid November as Christmas gifts may be post stamped up until the 15th of January 2023 to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
